About us
In 2011 my siblings and I opened our first HCS & TxHmL agency. Frankly, I knew nothing about this industry. Coming from the corporate and sales world I struggled to adjust to being a small business owner. It felt like our day-to-day activities consisted of reacting instead of being proactive in managing our caseloads, some of the things that kept me awake at night were: Organization, Transparency, Focus, Turnover, and Vacations.
After many nights of countless hours searching for good CRM, I realized most CRM’s are designed for sales businesses and lacked the HIPAA requirements by the state while the ones that were HIPAA compliant were mainly for large corporations or hospitals.
I have spent the past decade designing a perfecting a CRM to meet my agency’s needs. Although my agency has been using Simplectrify for many years, I have decided to begin offering this software to other agencies. Simplectrify gives you a place to store all your files and records HIPAA compliant while generating notifications important expirations coming up.
